What size cat does the carrier fit?
Deployed it measures 40 W × 56 D × 30 H cm (about 15.7 × 22 × 11.8 in) and suits most cats up to around 13 lbs. Measure her nose to tail base — if she is larger, email us before ordering and we'll confirm fit.
Can I take it on a plane?
Not as an under-seat carrier. At 40 × 56 × 30 cm deployed it exceeds most airline under-seat limits. It is built for car rides, walking, and travel where it rides on your suitcase — not for cabin stowage.
How does the scent step actually work?
Sleep with the mat on your bed for one or two nights before the appointment, then lay it in the carrier. She travels with a surface that already smells like home.
How long does shipping take?
