Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US
and want to know when that changes, email support@zivoxen.com.
Shipping cost
Free on every order, with no minimum. Shipping is built into the price
rather than added at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery times for your specific
order are shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.
Most orders arrive within three weeks of being placed. A small number take
longer — customs inspection is the usual reason, and once a package is in
transit that timing is outside anyone's control.
If 21 days have passed since your order shipped and nothing has arrived,
email support@zivoxen.com with your order number. We will reship or refund,
whichever you prefer.
Your order may arrive in more than one package
Depending on what you ordered, items may ship from different facilities or
through different freight channels. When that happens each package gets its
own tracking email, and one may arrive several days after the other.
If part of your order has arrived and part has not, nothing is missing —
check your email for a second tracking number before contacting us.
Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and ship directly to you.
This is why delivery takes weeks rather than days, and it is also why we can
price a four-part system at what a single carrier usually costs.
Customs and duties
You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery. If any import duty or
fee is ever assessed on an order, we cover it.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Once a package leaves the
facility we cannot redirect it. If an address was wrong and the package is
returned to sender, email us and we will reship at no cost to you.
Lost and damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with your neighbours
and your building first, then email us — we will reship or refund. If an item
arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace it without a return.
