Four things, one per step of the protocol: the Voyager Carrier (contain), the Scent Comfort Mat (comfort), the stainless steel water bottle (hydrate), and fragrance-free travel wipes (restore). The wipes are unscented on purpose — adding a new smell to a stressed cat works against you.

You can buy any of them separately; individually they come to $142. The kit is $119. The reason to take the kit is sequence, not price: each step handles one input, and skipping one makes the others work harder. The mat is the step most people skip and the one that changes the most.

Deployed the Voyager measures 40 × 56 × 30 cm (about 15.7 × 22 × 11.8 in) and suits most cats up to around 13 lbs. If your cat is larger, measure her from nose to the base of her tail and email support@zivoxen.com with the number — we'll tell you honestly whether it fits before you order.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. US delivery is 7–12 business days after that. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the label is created.

Yes. You can't tell whether a carrier works for your cat without putting your cat in it. Used items are covered.

Sleep with it on your bed for one or two nights before the appointment, then lay it in the carrier before you load her. Your scent is the most calming signal she has. Wash it only when it actually needs it — washing strips the thing that makes it work.

Leave it open in a room she already uses, with the mat inside, and ignore it. Most cats start investigating within one to two weeks. Feed treats near it, then inside it. Not as an under-seat carrier — deployed it's 40 × 56 × 30 cm, which exceeds most airlines' under-seat limits. It packs flat to 40 × 46 × 14 cm for storage and has a strap for your suitcase, but it's built for car travel and vet visits, not cabin stowage. If you fly often, check your airline's exact under-seat dimensions before trusting any carrier.

Wipe the carrier interior with a damp cloth or the travel wipes. The mat is machine washable on a cold gentle cycle, hang dry, no scented detergent — and again, only when it genuinely needs washing.
